Hi all,

Any ideas what to do about pppay if they are not responding to emails? I have been trying to get my money out. They responded once to let me know that the account no. is wrong. I have sent them the correct account info and told them I want to withdraw the available balance and close the account. They have failed to respond since then and they don’t provide a phone number or any other way to get hold of them.

They seem to be in the habit of holding people’s money hostage and they really do have extremely poor customer service!
